The Superbowl of Weddings

Many people know my love of red carpet fashion and wedding gowns. I love love love weddings. Let's face it, the royal wedding to us Wedding Addicts is the Superbowl of Weddings. I knew that there was no way I would miss the wedding of the century.

I have been so excited to just see "the dress." That was all I honestly really cared about. But then hearing the fact that Kate Middleton is willing to DO HER OWN MAKEUP considering the publicity she is getting. That is incredible! I mean come on. Who wouldn't love to take the opportunity to be completely pampered for the day head to toe?

So let's get onto the fashion, Shall we...

David and Victoria Beckham arrived looking dapper as ever. I have never seen them so perfect together. Once I saw them I was satisfied.

Now take a look at Elton John and I suddenly wonder why he wanted to look like a rotten dyed Easter egg.

The hat's were incredible. I wonder just how many hats Philip Treacy designed for this wedding inparticular. It makes me want to get a head start on getting a Kentucky Derby hat.

The Princes enter the church....just handsome gents, and true friends. Nothing like seeing men in uniform at a wedding, especially when they're princes.

Sound the horns. It's the moment we have all been waiting for...The wedding dress of all wedding dresses!

WOW! This dress was everything any girl would love. The lace detail on the sleeves (yes sleeves), the floral tiara with the veil, and that hair altogether equals nothing but PERFECTION. I love the reason why she wanted her hair down. She wanted for her husband to recognize her when she was walking down the asile. It's amazing because so many brides look like an alien walking down the asile with their hair in this huge updo! And I still can't get over the fact she did her own makeup for the wedding. It just makes her seem so relatable to so many people watching this picturing their own wedding in their mind! Mine included!

Well worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!! She nailed it!  The designer of choice: Alexander McQueen! A modern traditional bride. Very much like Grace Kelly. Perfection! I am literally having to pick up my jaw on the floor. Incredible. In ivory non the less.

Stunning!
