Dancing with the Stars- What in the world are you doing this season? Andy Dick is the person I am more in love with than any other "celebrity" (quotes necessary) this season. How is this happening? This season has been quite a yawn fest. No "stars" are blowing me off of my couch. Sean Lowe is a disaster. I still don't know who the soap star dancing with Kym Johnson really is. Don't you think it's hilarious that they have to bring back Makism in order to make the show interesting. Cheryl said that is felt odd to be leaving the show so early in the season. Um... newsflash. You are leaving the show because your partner was a disaster and your choreography has plummeted since your first season with Drew Lachey. Don't say she needs to get a good partner. NO NO NO! She was with Emmitt Smith last season, William Levy before that and all the routines looked the same. Nothing was special about them. Take this time off to quit worrying about if you will be the new Bachelorette and focus on getting some new creative energy. Also, this girl Zendaya should have never been allowed on the show. This week it was very evident that she dances for a living. Side by side challenge my butt. The girl had a chance to be compared to professional dancers. GIVE ME A BREAK. She dances at her job. That is what she does. Her 10's are a load of crap! I am calling it.
Jodi Arias Trial- This little trial has consumed my life. Real live reality TV like never before. Everything about this trial is entertaining from the socks on her defense lawyer, to what kind of librarian shirt she will be wearing today or how many sidebars they will have during the day. For a long time, I was watching on TV because not only was I getting the trial but for the trial summary during the sidebars and so forth. HLN has great commentators to give us non lawyer people the knowledge that we need in order to know the law. While that was great, things started to get out of control. They decided that they were going to pause and play the trial so viewers weren't going to miss any of the trial when they needed to have commercials. Fine. But then all of the sudden they started to take commercials every 2 minutes. Like really? How many bills do you honestly need to pay? Like it started to feel like they were paying for Jodi's defense team because of how many commercials they were taking. I am forever grateful to twitter for showing me the light and giving me the link to the trial online.
Michelle Obama- God bless Boston and Texas for the horrid events. My thought and prayers are with you. But I have a problem with how The First Lady goes to Boston for the memorial but didn't go to Newtown memorial service for 26 people including 20 young children. I just can't get past that.
Rachel Zoe Project- So I was watching last night and saw a preview for next week's episode. I suddenly became furious when they announced it was going to be the season finale. I have had multiple issues with the show this season. The show was created on her and her STYLING career (keyword). Season 5 has been all about her new role as a designer and how she is expanding her brand. I get it. I knew it was only a matter of time before she would expand her horizons. But the show is known for her world of styling. To be honest, one of my main reasons for watching her show is to see behind the scenes of award season. I look forward to the show for that reason EVERY YEAR. They have only had around 7 episodes so far and you mean to tell me that not only are you making the season shorter than normal but now I don't get to see anything styling related, yet alone nothing involving award season. NOT HAPPY! Fury began to run through my body. It was amazing I didn't throw something. Why? I want to see what happened with Anne Hathaway at the Oscars god damn it! Is that too much to ask? I don't think so
